Do you pull permits for the renovation?+
Yes. We handle permit applications and coordinate inspections with Toronto Building for any work that requires them — including structural, plumbing, electrical, and legal basement suites.
How long does a typical renovation take?+
A bathroom averages 2–3 weeks, a kitchen 4–8 weeks, and a finished basement 4–8 weeks, depending on scope. Whole-home and addition timelines vary most. You'll get a real schedule in your fixed-price quote.
Are your quotes really fixed price?+
Yes. After the design and selection phase you receive a written, fixed-price quote. Change orders only happen if you request something outside the approved scope — and they're always documented and approved first.
Are you licensed and insured?+
We're a registered renovation contractor with liability insurance and WSIB coverage. We'll share our insurance and references before you sign anything.
Do you offer a warranty?+
Every project includes a 2-year workmanship warranty, plus any manufacturer warranties on materials and appliances.
Can you help with design and material selection?+
Absolutely. We help with layouts, finishes, cabinetry, tile, and fixtures, and can connect you with trusted suppliers across the GTA.
